On November 8 at the WEC Women’s Leadership Roundtable, women leaders from 13 multinational companies from five countries, exchanged diverse views and shared their insights on the value and challenges of cross-company mentorship to help empower women in the workplace.
Recently, Poh-Yian Koh, the Vice President of China Operations at FedEx Express, was invited by WEC (Women Empowerment Council) to give a speech for students at Yew Chung International School of Shanghai, focusing on Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)”. She encouraged a new generation of women to be innovative and actively involved in science and technology.
