On April 17, 2024, Synpact convened an Executive Roundtable at the HPE China Beijing Office, bringing together senior representatives from ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, FedEx Express, HPE, Wilmer Hale Beijing, and the Synpact team. 

The agenda covered a wide range of initiatives, including innovative plans for the 2024 Synpact Cornerstone Conference, the 2025 Women and Company of Impact Awards, speed networking and group mentoring sessions, the Girls in STEMM project, the Women Inclusive Network Initiative, and the Group Coaching project. A central theme throughout the discussions was how to keep Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) firmly on corporate agendas. Participants championed DEI not only as a core value but also as a driver for business success, exploring practical ways to engage both customers and employees in this journey. They also shared strategies for empowering emerging leaders to take ownership of DEI progress, ensuring that momentum is sustained across all levels of the organization.
